Experienced Leadership
JASON F. CHALIFF
Jason is a Managing Director with Denali Investment Group where he focuses on acquisitions, leasing, and capital formation. He is an experienced real estate investor, building an $80 Million portfolio in the metro Atlanta market with his partner Michael Godin.
Jason is also the founder of a commercial real estate brokerage, Rise Property Group, transacting over $260 Million since their inception in 2020. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jason was an accomplished commercial real estate lender with nearly a decade of experience at Wells Fargo and Truist.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where he majored in Real Estate. Furthering his knowledge in finance and real estate, he obtained his MBA from Emory University’s Goizeuta Business School.
Jason continues to be involved with Goizueta, serving as a fellow in the Center for Alternative Investments. He is a lifelong Georgia Bulldog fan and an aspiring Jeopardy contestant.
MICHAEL GODIN
Michael Godin is a Managing Director with Denali Investment Group where he primarily focuses on financial deal underwriting, asset and construction management. Michael has acquired, managed, and developed over $150 million commercial and residential real estate in metro Atlanta. Michael’s portfolio includes office, industrial, retail, self-storage and residential assets.
Michael was born in Russia and grew up in Germany. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong and spent 18 months studying abroad at the Erasmus University in the Netherlands and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. After graduation, Michael spent four years working in real estate and consulting in mainland China
Michael serves on the board of Moishe House, a nonprofit that works in 27 countries and engages 80,000 young adults to empower and engage in community building, social change, and interfaith activities. Michael graduated from the Urban Land Institutes’ Center For Leadership Class of 2021. Michael is fluent in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, French, German and Dutch. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.
